Why we built this program.

We built LoyaltyOps after two decades of building businesses, licensing IP, and advising and consulting with growing companies.

Along the way, we kept meeting consultants, coaches, and fractional operators serving the same kinds of clients we serve, and stuck on the same business-side problems we had worked through. They had the delivery skill, but didn't have a business model that could scale, a predictable way to win clients, or a productized way to deliver.
